Postdigital Lunch 03: Social Living Labs

In our third postdigital lunch, Michael Dezuanni (QUT Brisbane) joins Felicitas Macgilchrist (GEI) for a conversation about the ups and downs of working with a “social living labs” approach to (post-)digital participation. 

Michael Dezuanni will share his extensive experience of working with local communities in social living labs approaches that aim to foster digital participation. The conversation will touch on the basics of participation and of social living labs. It will reflect on what went well and what went wrong in Michael’s experiences, on the role of communities, and on key insights he gleaned from researching with this kind of approach.
