As a communication and event manager, Inga Stang has accompanied mainly participatory projects for many years and specialized in the development of internal communication and community structures. Since 2021, as part of the research team around the project "Participation Companion", she accompanies the development of a digital project coach and complements the research with practical knowledge. Current projects are the "Reallabor Hagenmarkt", the voluntary project "Hey, Alter!", as well as other student projects that are accompanied in their implementation as part of the platform „Sandkasten - Design your Campus".
