Anna M. Lux studied Business Informatics at the Technical University of Braunschweig from 2003 to 2009. Since graduating, she has gained extensive experience in the field of research management and has taken on changing coordinative tasks in research centers, research groups, projects and networks. Currently, she is the managing director of the interdisciplinary research focus "City of the Future" at TU Braunschweig. In addition, she has been working on her doctorate at the Chair of Service Information Systems with Prof. Dr. Susanne Robra-Bissantz in the thematic focus of service research since 2019.
