New report published in the journal 'Teilhabe 04/2022' on the Cultural Participation in the Museum project

Cultural participation in the museum - the potential of digitalisation 

There are currently few studies that examine access preferences to arts and culture for people with intellectual disabilities (IB). Assistive technologies can contribute to improving access to museums for people with IB, as they enable individual adaptation to their needs. The aim of the 'Cultural Participation in Museums - Potentials of Digitalisation' project is to assess the needs of people with IB in terms of cultural participation in museums as well as existing barriers, and to identify possibilities of support through assistive technologies.
