On 12 June 2026 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and on 13 June 2026 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, the Leibniz ScienceCampus – Postdigital Participation will be represented at the Tag der Niedersachsen in Braunschweig at Burgplatz. Three Campus projects will showcase how innovative research on education, participation and digital transformation can be realised through regional collaborative research initiatives.

NiceWay a project led by Dr Katja Knecht (Institute for Sustainable Urbanism (ISU), TU Braunschweig), explores safe and participatory school route design together with children and young people. Kathrin Förster (Faculty of Social Work, Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences Wolfenbüttel) and Tom Lorenz (Faculty of Computer Science, Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences Wolfenbüttel) will present Cultural Participation in Museums II, a project that develops digital and accessible pathways to museum participation for people with intellectual disabilities. Annika Jewst (Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences Wolfenbüttel, TU Braunschweig) will showcase ImmerTec, which investigates how immersive technologies such as virtual and augmented reality can be used to support the learning of children and young people with ADHD.

We are delighted to present these exciting projects from the Leibniz ScienceCampus – Postdigital Participation at the Tag der Niedersachsen. Visit us at Burgplatz and join the conversation!
